In this video, I describe two categorizations of business strategies introduced by Porter and Miles and Snow. Porter suggests three generic strategies: Differentiation, Cost Leadership, and Focus. Miles and Snow, on the other hand, classify firms into defenders, prospectors, and analyzers. I elaborate on these generic strategies in this video.
