To Print Any Files to OneNote: File - Print - Select OneNote as the Printer
To Customize Your OneNote Settings: In Microsoft OneNote, choose the File - Options and Send to OneNote settings. Customize for each type of document you'll be sending to OneNote. (I am using the 365 Desktop version of OneNote - May 2024)
