Conditional Format an Email | Microsoft Outlook 365 Web or New
You might need to add a color format to an incoming email from a specific sender or have another reason to apply what is called conditional formatting to an email.
In Microsoft 365 Outlook on the Web, select the gear to open the Settings and choose Conditional Formatting. Name and choose your condition and options. Then just select your color!
