Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook | Missing Reply and Forward Icons
If the Reply and Forward arrow icons are missing from your Microsoft Outlook email preview, try the Add Columns option from the View tab or try the Reset View. (NOTE - this is in the Microsoft Outlook 365 old version on the desktop). Also, make sure you have enough width for your email column.
