Ingredients:

1 - 7oz Can of ham or chicken 2 sticks celery, chopped
¼ cup sweet pickle relish 2 cups uncooked elbow noodles
½ tsp Sea salt ½ tsp black or white pepper
½ cup Mayonnaise or Miracle whip ¼ cup cheese, diced
2 sticks green onion, chopped ¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp onion powder 1 tsp olive oil

Method:
In a saucepan with water and a pinch of sea salt, cook the elbow noodles according to the box. Drain and put a dash of olive oil over it and toss together. Let come to room temp before using.
In a glass bowl add cooked and cooled elbow noodles, chopped celery, green onion, sea salt, pepper, onion powder and green relish.

Toss everything together then add the mayo and cheese, continue to toss together.
Taste to see if you like more of something, then flatten top and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover the bowl with clear whip or the cover. Refrigerate until all eaten.

Serve with a traditional cold plate meal or on it’s own with any protein.

Bonita’s Tips:
Cook elbow noodles according to the box, let cool completely before adding to your glass bowl. Two cups of uncooked elbow noodles equal to three cups of cooked.
Drain the juice off the canned ham and flake it apart before adding it to the glass bowl.
Chop celery, cheese and green onion in small pieces. You can use a red onion if you wish.
