Int’L Youth Day Celebration: Sanwo-Olu Restates Commitment To Youth Empowerment And Engagement
Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has restated his administration’s renewed commitment to Youth Empowerment and Engagement by focusing on several key pillars such as Technology and Innovation, Education and Skill development.
The governor stated this while delivering his address at the International Youth Day celebration parade, held at the mini stadium in Lagos Island, and maintained that the government will continue to create and support initiatives that empower young people to grow.
Sanwo-Olu noted that the theme of this year’s International Youth Day celebration encapsulates the belief that digital technology is not merely a tool but a bridge that connects to a sustainable and prosperous future.
He urged the graduates of the Amplifier Business Clinic, to build on the lessons learnt from industry experts, mentors and facilitators, explore the network built and most importantly believe in their innate potential.
