Ogun: Politician Urges Govt To Act On Abnormal Price Increase
A politician in Ogun State has kicked against what he called an abnormal price increase by some Nigerians, noting that if not checked on time, it may lead to a serious crisis.
Kazeem Olowe reports that a politician in Ogun State Lanre Sodipo made this known Abeokuta.
He said despite the government's efforts and desire to make things turn around for the better, the negative mindset of some Nigerians and lack of patriotism make them take actions and decisions that inflict hardship on others.
He stated this while supporting 1000 Nigerians in the Abeokuta North area of Ogun State, in order to reduce the level of poverty and support the government in taking care of the people.
He frowned at abnormal price increases by the people, adding that Nigerians are the one making life hard for themselves, as most of the problems on the streets are not caused by those at the helm of affairs.
