British Walkers – “I Found You” (Try) 1964

The British Walkers were an American band who cut a few British invasion-styled 45s between 1964-67. Probably the best well known was their version of Sam Cooke’s “Shake” which was released on the bigger label, Cameo in 1967. In between, they cut a version of the Bacharach-David song, “Story Of My Life”, which Ray Stevens produced.
