This Thai unique dessert is well known but not many would have known how the process would take place to go. In this video is a very old traditional of how to make “Thai traditional dessert of mini castella cake” baked on charcoal aka “Khanom Khai” in Thai. It’s rare and unique to see on the street these days. This Thai dessert got influenced from Western in the past. The taste is not too sweet and a bit crunchy and chewy. Only 20 baht I got for this big amount. Pretty tasty Thai dessert to find.
