This is one of my favorite dishes is called RICE NOODLES WITH SPICY FISH CURRY or Kanom Jeen Namya in Thai (ขนมจีนน้ำยาป่า). It's common to eat with many types of vegetables like cabbage, cucumber, pickled cabbage and more as you wish. Hot and spicy food is always my dish I can't live without daily.
