Grilled sticky rice is made by steamed sticky rice and make into the circle and squeeze to make it flat. Then put some salt all over just a little bit for the better taste. Originally, only with salt. Nowadays, people can make and sell it and make it more valuable and more tasty by putting egg all over the smell Is so nice. You can eat just by itself or with any spicy 🌶 Thai sauce. It’s a well known menu in north eastern of Thailand. Yum yum 🤤
