Frog is a very well known common dish in Isan or north eastern of Thailand and some parts of northern of Thailand. Some from frog farm, some from hunting in the rice farm or forest. We normally like cooking by grilling, boiling or preserve by making it sun dried. It's a seasonal food during the rainy season. In this content I found grilled frog bbq at the local fresh market in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
