Winter Squash leaf mildew and are they ripe?
Winter squash in late summer develop mildew on leaves. It's a sign of fruits maturing, is not a problem.
I give ways to assess fruit ripeness.
The red ones are Uchiki Kuri, the larger grey ones are Crown Prince F1.
