Cordon cucumber plants for long term production need regular attention. Almost every day in the summer, and it's worth it!
I share ways to look after these amazing plants, so they produce for at least three months. Usually from late June through to late September.

I sowed the seeds in my CD module trays on 14th April in a warm greenhouse, transplanted them 16th to 20th May from 7 cm, 3 in pots.
They were massively affected by a week of cold nights in June, down to 5°C, 41°F inside the polytunnel. I even wondered if they would recover, but they have! In fact, as soon as it warmed up in late June, and you see the results now.
I am writing this on 8th August and growth continues to be healthy and productive.
