Understanding the why or purpose of LSS is vital to ensure people are more engaged and motivated to sustain continuous improvement. One way to understanding the why is to observe how people’s lives are transformed and the perceptions of our products and services by our external as well as our internal customers. It always need to start with building trust and loyalty with our internal customers first, i.e. our own people, which in turn reflects on our products and services that builds trust and loyalty with our external customers.
