PerformHub – Performance Monitoring and Tracking
PerformHub is a flexible monitoring system used to capture real-time data for machine and operator tracking coupled with performance reporting. It enables quick diagnostic capability based on data and facts, thus allowing pin point strategic deployment of continuous improvement methodologies, through the measurement of overall performance of production or the movement of physical products, to optimise the effectiveness of company equipment. Cloud based and app enabled, PerformHub links directly to smart phones, tablets and/or Vative’s PerformHub Kiosk.
Vative’s PerformHub technology is a purpose built IoT device used to measure equipment availability (reporting on downtime or change overs), measure performance (Cycle times and TAKT) together with the custom capacity to measure quality outputs (counts without defects).
