Today has gone swimmingly in comparison to yesterday, thankfully!
Jules is on annual leave this week and so Katie and I have been filling in her shoes. So, a little packing of coffee first thing after a 07:20 hair cut (God bless traditional barbers opening at sensible times of the day). Then it was on to preparing a cupping table ready for filming tomorrow and finishing off the weekly maintenance on the Loring.
I note that I've failed to do one element of Loring's suggested routine that I will need to address next week.
Then it was head down for a few hours to do some general business admin alongside some extended conversations with customers who came to purchase coffee at the roastery. This is one facet of our business that I really enjoy - conversations with people. I need to do more of it.
Anyhow, home time now and back to see my baby 😀
