A matrix is the rectangular array (arrangement) of numbers , symbols and Expressions arranged in rows and columns. Rows is the arrangement of number horizontally and Columns is the arrangement of numbers vertically. The numbers and values in a Matrix is called the Elements of a Matrix
Rows are represented by m and Columns are represented by n.
Matrices are written in box brackets. A matrix will always have even numbers of elements
Order of a matrix is the rows x columns and the number of elements of a matrix can be determined by multiplying rows with column. For example a matrix contains 2 rows and 2 columns so 2 x 2 is equal to 4, and 4 is the number of elements of that matrix
