Scalar Quantities and Vector Quantities
Scalar Quantities are quantities that can be described completely by magnitude only, while Vector Quantities are those Quantities that need Magnitude and Direction both to be completely described.
Magnitude is a value or number with a Unit etc and Direction is the Co-Ordination Example; North, South, East, West.
By the Definition of Scalars and Vectors both quantities have one major difference and that is the Direction.
Scalar quantities are also called Dimensionless Quantities and are simpler than Vector Quantities.
