Power BI 101: End User Documentation Walk-Through
The best End User Documentation is no documentation! When you use bookmarks to display help information directly on the page, you make it simple for users to access the help content. If you write it all down and put a guide on SharePoint, you frustrate your user community. While bookmarks can appear to take longer to implement, they are actually speedy and easy once you get used to them. An additional benefit is that it is obvious when a page or report has not been documented, while having a separate PDF or PowerPoint somewhere means it is often forgotten, and updates to documentation stop. Keeping your end users happy and engaged is job number one for a successful Power BI implementation. Don't invite failure, document everything and remove the barriers for effective consumption.
