Background:
I completed this last summer and it was my first (and only) foray so far into music for a dark fantasy setting. I had just finished the game Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and felt inspired to write something in that vein. Dark ERA and Voices of War were both excellent sample libraries for the project and very easy to work with but the most fun part was the sounds at the end. The scratchy leads in the last section are a flute and a bassoon both sent through a cheap guitar amp plugin and few other fx I can't remember.
