I've been a Brown Belt since 2022 and also moved back to Missouri to continue my training. I will be brining Rolling/Sparring Video Breakdowns to the channel on a regular basis so stay tuned for more! I'm always looking to improve and what better way to do that than to post my rolls on the internet for people to watch and dissect. What could go wrong? lol
In thisThe Kids are Alright Zain | 2019 Ontario Open Kids Breakdown | I describe how Zain was able to utilize guard passing techniques such as knee cuts, and knee on belly to not only pass into dominate positions, but also score a lot of points doing so. I also spent time discussing rules and better ways to score points.
Zain also had an amazing guard game and utilized berimbolo techniques to get to the back. I have a few slow downs and talk about the versatility of the berimbolo and how I like to use the technique as well.
This is an old video but still highlights how good kids are becoming in the sport today.
