Located at 960 W 7th Street in Los Angeles, the 64-story tower introduces over 700 residential units and ground-level retail within the evolving financial core. Positioned between the former Citicorp Center by César Pelli and a neighboring tower by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Beaudry operates both as object and urban connector—integrated into the plaza at 7th and Figueroa.
What distinguishes the project is not just its height, but its control. The tower remains slender, precise, and highly resolved—extending Marmol Radziner’s minimalist language vertically without dilution.
