What does a typical day as a HYROX coach, athlete, and dad look like? In this "Day in My Life" vlog, I'll take you along on my daily routine.
The day begins with a bike ride through Berlin with my two-year-old son, Luis, and our miniature dachshund, Paula. Together, we cycle to our KAJU Gym, where we spend the morning. Between playing in the gym, doing some behind-the-scenes work, and training, we're also waiting for an exciting delivery: Is the new carpet for the sled push finally arriving today at our official HYROX Training Club?
Of course, my own workout is also included. I'll show you one of my sessions and give you insights into how I manage to juggle training, coaching, family, and gym life.
