HYROX Wien 2026
HYROX Vienna was more than just a race for me. Together with my wife, our son, and our miniature dachshund, we headed to Vienna for an intense race weekend. In this video, I'll take you behind the scenes of the HYROX event, show you impressions of the venue, and give you honest insights into my Pro Double Race with my fellow ambassador, Jona.
Besides my own race, I was able to accompany and support several athletes from my coaching program. From first-time racers to seasoned veterans, it was a diverse group.

Of course, the right food is essential for a successful race weekend. As always, there was pizza and pasta before and after the race, and it's precisely these little routines that make the difference for me between stress and a controlled race setup.
