Junk Journal July hosted by @megjournals and @getmessyart
Prompt 1 is spark
I used packing paper to make a 6” tall strip by 9’ long that I folded into an accordion. I attached the accordion to covers made from lightweight cardboard recycled from food boxes. The cover uses the free printable images hosted at https://getmessyart.com/Junk-Journal-... along with some magazine pages and inking.
The SPARK page is napkin decoupage. The die cut is from the same napkin, but decoupaged on white cardstock, placed over the matching spot on the underlying page. The word “spark” is cut from leftover wrapping paper.
I used these dies:
Sizzix Tim Holtz Filament die $19.99 https://amzn.to/4eBAQSO
Sizzix Tim Holtz Vault World Travel $25.99 https://amzn.to/3VD9MK8
Sizzix Tim Holtz 1” alphabet (discontinued, but similar set $19.39 https://amzn.to/3XDRF9M)
Many craft companies offer their lowest prices on their Amazon storefronts, including Sizzix, so always check!
Prices are current as of the day I typed this out (obvs.) and do not include coupons, taxes, or shipping. Amazon links (if any) are affiliate, others are not. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. Or I would, theoretically, if anyone ever followed a link and bought something, which I do not encourage. Use your craft supplies!
