How to make crepes?
My dear ones, welcome to the My Recipes channel. Today I will show you how to make pancake batter in a very simple way, or how I do it.

INGREDIENTS (for 8 pieces of pancakes)
-2 eggs,
-1 glass of milk, *
-1 cup flour,
-1/2 glasses of water,
-a little oil and
-a pinch of salt.
250 ml glass
PREPARATION:
First beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer, then add milk, flour, water, a little oil and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything well to break up any lumps.
Heat the pan * to a high temperature, then pour one scoop of the mixture (ladle) onto the pan and distribute evenly.
Bake briefly on one side and then on the other. Place the baked pancakes in a covered pan to soften and bend more easily.
