Today we are flipping through a Martini book that i received as a Christmas Present. There's 1001 Martini recipes. Really 1001 different Martinis? Hmmmm not so sure about that but let's flip through and see what interesting recipes we ca find.

IN A MIXING GLASS COMBINE:
1oz (30ml) - BRANDY
3/4oz (22ml) - DRAMBUIE
3/4oz (22ml) - DRY VERMOUTH
TOSS IN SOME ICE AND GIVE IT A GOOD STIR.
FINE STRAIN INTO A CHILLED MARTINI GLASS.
GARNISH WITH A LEMON RIND OR TWIST.
