It’s Halloween once again on Bar Talk & Cocktails and who has come out to torment Bartender Bruce this year? During a lame Halloween party, the gang decides to kick things up a bit with a Quija Board (Which has its own dark history) Against Bruce’s better judgement, have they accidentally conjured up the wrong spirit? Are you afraid of the Bar Witch?…If not, you will be. Bar Talk & Cocktails Presents - THE BAR WITCH PROJECT.
In hopes of removing himself from this years carnage, Bartender Bruce retreats to his bar and conjures up a cocktail fitting for a coven of witches. Bruce’s Bitchin’ Brew! Brice doesn’t have a witch’s cauldron so he had to use a crock-pot instead. Sure it’s not as cool as a cauldron, but it get’s the job done and it will work for you too!

TO A SLOW COOKER, POT, OR LARGE WITCH’S CAULDRON, ADD:
8 OZ (240 ML) - SPICED RUM
2 OZ (60 ML) - GRAND MARNIER
2 CUPS (480 ML) - APRICOT JUICE
1/2 CUP (120 ML) - WHITE OR PINK CRANBERRY JUICE
6 TBSP (87.5 ML) - PUMPKIN PIE FILLING
1/2 TSP (2.5 ML) - GROUND CLOVES
1/2 TSP (2.5 ML) - GROUND NUTMEG
1/2 LEMON - SLICED IN ROUNDS
1/2 ORANGE - SLICED IN ROUNDS
1 TBSP (15 ML) - BROWN SUGAR
-HEAT, BUT DO NOT LET IT BOIL, ALLOWING THE LIQUID TO WARM FOR AT LEAST 15 TO 30 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
-SPOON INTO CUPS AND GARNISH EACH WITH FLAMING GROUND CINNAMON AND A BURNT
CINNAMON STICK.
