Double Double toil and trouble. After capturing Bruce and bringing him into their coven, the witches only have one purpose for him...to tend bar of course. (Although there seemed to be some side effects to Bruce's transformation.) Bruce can't seem to catch a break even when he has been given mystical powers. So what does one serve a witch? Perhaps something with apples? A Smoked Poison Apple Cocktail? Calvados, Rum, Strega, some Maple Syrup and Applewood Smoke make up this wonderful concoction that's not just for witches, but for you to enjoy on Halloween night. Will this drink please the leaders of his new found family? It's not easy being green.

SMOKED POISON APPLE

IN A MIXING GLASS FULL OF ICE COMBINE:
1 oz (30 ml) CALVADOS/APPLE BRANDY
1 oz (30 ml) RUM (El Dorado 12 Year Old)
1/2 oz (15 ml) STREGA
1 BAR SPOON (5 ml) - MAPLE SYRUP
1 BAR SPOON (5 ml) - APPLE SYRUP
-WITH A SMOKING GUN, FILL THE BURN CHAMBER WITH APPLEWOOD CHIPS, A FINELY CHOPPED CINNAMON STICK, AND A STAR ANISE.
-LIGHT THE CHAMBER AND FILL A DECANTER WITH SMOKE.
-STRAIN THE COCKTAIL INTO THE DECANTER AND SWIRL IT AROUND TO INCORPORATE THE SMOKE.
-POUR INTO A ROCK OR A FIZZ COCKTAIL GLASS OVER A CLEAR ICE BALL.
-ADD 3 DASHES OF CHOCOLATE BITTERS AND A GOOD SQUEEZE OF FRESH ORANGE JUICE OVER TOP - 1/2 oz (15 ml)
-GARNISH WITH A DEHYDRATED APPLE SLICE.
