Sigh...Halloween. My producers Viv and Aaron insist on going all out again this year for the Halloween episodes. I'm not that enthused. Weird stuff always happens at my expense. So why should this year be any different? In light of the circumstances, we're making Silver Bullets to drink for Halloween this year. There's many different versions of this cocktail including a shooter version I used to make back in the 1980s. I'm going to have to stock up on my vitamin C after this one.

1/2 OZ - ANIS ESCARCHADO OR KÜMMEL
(SAMBUCA WORKS AS WELL)
1/2 OZ - FRESH LEMON JUICE

TOSS IN SOME ICE AND GIVE IT A GOOD SHAKE
--------------------
DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A CHILLED COUPE GLASS

GARNISH WITH A LEMON TWIST
