Hey everyone, it’s Matt! Today, I’m going to show you how to convert a PowerPoint presentation into a PDF.
So, if you’ve got a PowerPoint file and you need it in PDF format for any reason, you’re in the right place. Right now, I'm on a website called I Love PDF, which you can find at ilovepdf.com/powerpoint-to-pdf.
I’ll drop that link in the description below, so you can just click on it to get started. This site makes it super easy to convert your PPT or PPTX files into a PDF.
Once you’re on the site, just hit that big red button to upload your file. I’m using a PPTX file here, which is just a PowerPoint file.
If you’re on Windows, you’ll probably see a regular PPT file. Both formats work perfectly with this converter.
So, I’ve got my PPTX file ready, which is my video business fast-forward workbook. Now, I’ll click on “Open” to upload it.
You’ll see the Microsoft PowerPoint logo pop up, so you know everything’s good to go. Next, look for that other big red button that says “Convert to PDF” and click it.
It’ll take just a moment to process, and before you know it, I Love PDF will have converted your PowerPoint into a PDF. Once it’s done, the PDF should automatically save to your downloads folder.
If it doesn’t, just click that big red button again to save it manually. I’m using a Mac with Chrome, so it saves to my downloads by default.
I’ve just dragged my new PDF over here, and now I can see it alongside the original PPTX file. The converted PDF is looking good, and it’s about 1.6 megabytes, which is a solid size for this workbook.
