Urinary incontinence when sneezing, coughing, and exercising in women. Urinary and erectile dysfunction in men. Pain in the lower back, sacrum, and pelvic area, prolapsed internal organs, and hemorrhoids.

People often experience these symptoms not because their pelvic floor muscles are weak, but because they are tense and spasmodic. This is why Kegel exercises are ineffective and even dangerous for them!

In this video, we'll explore this topic in detail and show you an excellent set of exercises for the pelvic floor muscles. You can do these exercises in the morning, before getting out of bed, or, conversely, before bed. Do them every day and become healthy!

Contraindications:
Skip the foam roller practice if you have: problems with your arms, shoulders, or acute pain in the lower back, sacrum, or hip joints. Also, avoid hemorrhoids, prolapsed internal organs, or any other acute conditions!

⚠️ Perform all movements within a comfortable range. If you feel pain during the exercise, reduce the range to a comfortable one.

If you feel any discomfort, stop the exercise and do not perform it!
