Hello everyone! Today we have a workout to improve women's and men's health. I'll show you 3 of the best pelvic floor exercises that will save you from some unpleasant ailments.
These exercises will help:
get rid of urinary incontinence in women
improve potency in men
reduce the risk of hemorrhoids
get rid of a protruding belly
relieve lower back pain
Perform these pelvic movements with me 100 times a day to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and improve your health!
