95 g egg whites (about 3 small eggs)
80 g chocolate spread (you can use Nutella or similar)
milk cream
125 g milk
3 sheets of gelatin (or 6 g gelatin powder)
150 g white chocolate
200 g cream with a fat content of 30% or more
40 g sugar
2 egg whites
40 g puffed rice
chocolate coating
150 g milk chocolate (for coating the mold)
100 g milk chocolate (for the base)
200 g milk chocolate
150 g chocolate paste (you can use Nutella or similar)
Silicone mold size 24x6x6.5 cm.
