09. Easy Install Guide: LXQt Desktop Environment on FreeBSD 14.1-RELEASE
In FreeBSD you are free to install any programs. It also include desktop environment. In official FreeBSD handbook, they are list of supported desktop environments such as KDE Plasma, GNOME, XFCE, MATE, Cinnamon and LXQT.
I like to install LXQT because it also light in memory used. Meanwhile, LXQT use QT whereas XFCE use GTK+. But don't worry, both will not disturb any programs installed.
