In this 10-minute spine strengthening routine, we focus on each part of the spine. We start with opening your hips, your lower spine, middle spine, cervical spine, then combine them all together. This is the perfect routine to practice daily if you sit for long periods of time or have any kind of back pain. This will help lower back discomfort while strengthening the spine and back muscles. As always, go slow and listen to your body.

This is perfect for beginners, as well as for any level.
