Exponential Functions have the form: y = a * b^x, y = a (b)^x.
Where a is the start/initial amount, b is the growth/decay factor, and x is the number of growths or decays.
Exponential Functions are used when the function outputs are multiplied by the same amount.
Compared to linear functions, where you add the same amount. Think: constant rate.
