4:00 PM - After a concerned citizen stopped by #IFD Station 35 and alerted the crew to an OWL predicament at the Saint Francis soccer fields…7700 S. Arlington Ave…Ladder 35 jumped in to help. Took about 15 minutes to get the little guy freed and on his way. Well done guys! 🦉
