Creating a Timelapse Using EOS R5, R6 and other EOS R Series Cameras
There are two ways to create a timelapse with a Canon EOS R series camera. I'm using an EOS R5 here. One way is in photo mode and it take a series of photos, sometimes a lot of photos. You then have to get that in to your editing software and can be a bit clunky. It also works very differently in each application. The second way, and the way I prefer is in video mode. This then creates one file that is an mp4 and you can just import that one file just like you would any other kind of video file. This is far easier and convenient.
