If you are collaborating with other filmmakers or clients, and you probably are, then you probably know what it is like to get notes sent through and timecodes they are referring to are not quite right. Wouldn't it be great if they could click on the video at the point where they want to make an edit or change and make a note. Well they can in frame.io, you can do this in Vimeo Pro too. However, Adobe have teamed up with Frame.io and in the latest version of Premiere Pro, and After Effects, it is now built right in.

I used to use frame.io but already had Vimeo Pro, so when they introduced the same thing in Vimeo, I stopped using Frame.io. However, with it integrated in Adobe then I see the comments right there in Premiere Pro and After Effects. I'll show you this here.

Because I had a Frame.io account when I tried to sign up for free using my Adobe ID it wouldn't do it as I had used the same email. Quick and easy fix was just logging in to the Frame.io account and changing it to a different email address. Then 'pow' it worked.

Anyway, I hope you find this feature as useful as I have.

Also check out Frame.io's Camera to Cloud. I'll be doing a video on that soon.
