As always, you'll get the most bang for your buck from getting stronger with the basics. That includes all modalities. However, I love experimenting and trying new things with a kettlebell to work on different planes and positions that you can't really replicate with other tools.
Give these a try with lighter weights and see how you feel. The easiest way to use these would be as a primer before a heavier lift. It's a great way to warm up the body and get your nervous system firing.
Once you feel more comfortable, then you can start incorporating it into a circuit or take the exercise you like, and challenge yourself with it
My goal with these types of videos, and these types of movements is not to give you some gimmick kettlebell, but a new perspective that will enhance and supplement what you do.
