Zig-Zag Overtaker Issued with an FPN - PK68 WXZ
Rule 191 of the Highway Code states that You MUST NOT overtake the moving vehicle nearest the crossing or the vehicle nearest the crossing which has stopped to give way to pedestrians.
This motorbike rider obviously hasn't got to that bit of the Highway Code yet.
I reported them to the Police and was told that they had received an offer of a fixed penalty and this has been paid and their licence endorsed.
The standard penalty for an FPN of this type is a £100 Fine and three points on your driving licence.
