CAERNARFON CASTLE DRONE SURVEY – PROJECT REVIEW
A video snippet as an outtake from a project which was for drone photography as part of a visual survey of Caernarfon Castle and town walls for CADW in Wales. It is an UNESCO World Heritage site,
Although an original Welsh settlement and Roman fort, the castle and town were built by Edward I as his regional centre of Government in Wales. Overlooking the river Seiont and Menai Strait it is a perfect setting. The impressive Eagle Tower with its triple arrangement of towers is a distinctive feature of the castle. The Investiture of HRH Prince Charles took place at the castle.
