SideFX Houdini - VEX/VOP pracs + screenwipe as motion
hey, just created some geo with VEX for practice as in this tut by Entagma: https://vimeo.com/172529848
tried to make it more interesting by using the 'Lightning' from this tut by Dylan Brinsbury-Magee: https://vimeo.com/190948059
and getting it to loop. The directional 'motion' (the changing light conditions) is done by creating two avi´s of the render (one as is (light) and the other with Blender´s color management set to RRT/Eastman Double X Neg 4min (dark)) and doing a standard wipe transition between both avi´s in Blender´s VSE (video sequence editor) with maximum blur, first dark to light then light to dark,
