How Betrayal Trauma Affects Your Life
Betrayal trauma happens any time a trusted loved one betrays you and it can be recorded in your body as trauma. But there is a path to healing. Kristin Snowden, MA, LMFT, CDWF is a licensed therapist and coach that specializes in helping individuals and couples in crisis after infidelity, emotional abuse, and/or uncovering addiction. She educates on what betrayal trauma does to one's body, mind, and spirit; wreaking havoc on your nervous system, intuition, and ability to make healthy coping choices. Trauma removes choice, context, connection, and control from your life. Kristin provides tools to help you regain them. This is for anyone in relationship crisis exploring answers and a path to healing and recovery. Relationship crisis can be spurred from uncovering an unknown addiction, cheating/infidelity, porn use, and other forms of betrayal.
