Adorable Infant Skunk Mr Freckles
Meet Mr. Feckles, an adorable, orphaned spotted skunk who recently found his way to our center in Costa Rica.
Discovered all alone and vulnerable, he was brought to our rescue center since his mother could not be seen nearby.
Often, kind-hearted residents stumble upon baby animals by themselves and believe they need rescuing, unaware that their mothers might have just temporarily left them to search for food. While these interventions are well-intentioned, they are not always necessary.
Luckily for Mr. Feckles, he has landed in the perfect place. Our expert team of veterinarians and keepers are ready to provide him with the dedicated care and love he needs to flourish and grow strong so he can one day be returned back to the wild!
