A surprisingly simple cupcake with a wonderful taste. This dietary cupcake is free of flour, gluten, dairy, and added fats. It's impossible to bake anything even close with wheat flour.

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
100-120g sugar
200g puree of boiled oranges with peel
160g sunflower seeds, unroasted, crushed and sifted
60g poppy seeds

Grease a 16mm baking pan thoroughly with butter and sprinkle with sugar for a firm crust
