Just a short recap of a very amazing year with two incredible horses. I was fortunate enough to show both Andy and Oliver this year and am so grateful for both of them. I learned so much from them and had a blast riding them. Words cannot express how lucky I am to have such a wonderful barn to ride at with so many wonderful horses and an awesome barn family and of course, the best trainer in the world.
This year was a struggle - entering the real, adult, working world (which has been the scariest time of my life) while trying to balance riding and getting out to the barn enough to improve. It is hard. And exhausting. But it is so worth it. I can't imagine a life without horses. I've had a blast this year and it's all thanks to my wonderful barn and the opportunities I am provided.
I apologize for the crappy editing. I'm pretty out of practice with this.
Most of these clips are from the year end championship show last weekend. Oliver won the Hunter Derby Saturday night out of 23 horses. We had a fantastic weekend and I'm so overwhelmed with love for Oliver - he is amazing and has come so far in 2 years. We've grown together and I love where we're at.
Hopefully moving up to 3' next year! :)
