Voyage #1. De Reis - Tassenmuseum Amsterdam x Bureau Europa Maastricht - Sam Nemeth
NL// Op zaterdag 7 maart 2020 opende Bureau Europa haar poorten voor een officieel openings- en persmoment voor het excursieprogramma Voyage Voyage.
In een verrassende installatie werd een landschap van antieke koffers van Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Moynat en andere bekende namen, aangeboden door het Tassenmuseum in Amsterdam en The Menko ten Cate Collection, gebouwd midden in de tentoonstelling Landschap als Cult. Met de intercity werden de antieke koffers naar Maastricht gebracht waar ze in parade naar Bureau Europa werden gewandeld.
ENG// On Saturday 7 March 2020, Bureau Europa opened its doors for the official unveiling and press launch of the excursion programme Voyage Voyage.
A surprising installation of a landscape of antique luggage of Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Moynat and other well-known names, loaned by the Museum of Bags and Purses in Amsterdam and the Menko ten Cate Collection, was built in the middle of the exhibition Landscape as Cult. The bags and cases arrived in Maastricht on the afternoon Intercity train and were then paraded to Bureau Europa.
